HOW DO I FILL MY PINATA?
1) Locate the pre-made hole on your piñata. This should be covered by a small sticker.

HOW DO I GET THE CREASES OUT OF MY TABLECLOTH?
Pop it in the dryer for 5 minutes, until the tablecloth is warm. Put it directly on the table you are planning to use for the party and the creases will fall out easily. Or if you don’t have a dryer, use a hairdryer on its highest temperature, hovering over the creases until they fall out.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY LATEX BALLOONS FOR FOR LONGER?
Latex balloons have a short float time with helium and should be inflated on the day of use. Hi-Float can be added to balloons to increase the float time up to 25x enabling you to inflate in advance of your event.

WHY WON'T MY BALLOON FLOAT?
The main reason a balloon won't float is if not enough helium has been added. Add helium until the specified size of the balloon has been reached. There could also be too much weight to your balloon; tassels and decorations will weigh down balloons. Only add very light-weight items to smaller balloons.
HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE INFLATED MY LATEX BALLOONS FULLY TO THE CORRECT SIZE?
A good trick when filling balloons at home is to measure the space that the balloon needs to be inflated to between the backs of two chairs or two boxes and inflate within this space.
CAN I FILL SMALL LATEX BALLOONS WITH HELIUM?
We usually don’t recommend this as due to the size (5”) they don’t tend to float for very long, but if you wish to then make sure you use a very light cotton thread to tie the balloons for maximum float duration. Please see our helium chart
DO I FILL FOIL BALLOONS WITH AIR OR HELIUM?
Some foil balloons are air-fill only and this information is on each item description. All our foil balloons that can be filled with helium can also be filled with air. You may wish to fill with just air to use them as a prop, attach to balloon sticks or to stick onto the wall etc. To fill a balloon with air insert a straw into the valve and blow into it.
WHY DO MY FOIL BALLOONS LOOK A BIT DEFLATED?
Have you moved your foil balloons from a warm area to a cold place i.e outside or a garage? Helium contracts in cool air and makes balloons look deflated. Move them back into warm air and they will look full again. Try to inflate the balloons in the same environment that they will be used in.
HOW DO I DISPOSE OF MY BALLOONS?
When you are finished enjoying balloons please "pin it and bin it". Please dispose of latex balloons in your household waste, where they will decompose in landfill. Balloons should not be released outdoors. We do not condone or knowingly provide balloons for balloon releases. Releases are incredibly harmful to the environment and shouldn’t be conducted under any circumstance.
ARE HELIUM CANISTERS SAFE TO USE?
Yes, the canisters are safe and easy to use if you take care to read the safety details and instructions that come with the canister.
