This 14" mini shape foil balloon is shaped as a yellow digger, perfect for any construction themed parties!

• Arrives flat
• Suitable for air fill only.
• It can easily be inflated with a plastic or paper straw or a balloon hand pump.
• Please note that this balloon doesn't seal itself and requires heat sealing.
• To seal, we suggest you use hair straighteners. Turn on the hair straighteners and set them on the lowest setting, allowing them to warm-up.
• Place the balloon tab, above the inflation hole, between the iron plates of the hair straighteners.
• Close the hair straighteners and hold for between 5 and 10 seconds to complete the heat sealing process.
