Shipping & Returns

Delivery Times and Costs:

Please be aware that only Special Delivery orders are sent via a tracked service. If you require tracking or your order is urgent please contact us and we can ensure it is sent via the correct method.
All shipping details are a guideline only. Due to COVID-19 postage timescales may take longer than usual. 

Standard delivery ( 2nd class Royal Mail -DELIVERY TIMES NOT GUARANTEED DUE TO COVID-19 ) - £3.99

Express delivery (1st class Royal Mail - DELIVERY TIMES NOT GUARANTEED DUE TO COVID-19) - £5.99

Special Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery - orders must be placed before 1pm) excluding weekends - £8.99

All shipping details are a guideline only.

We do not ship on weekends so please keep this in mind when placing an order.

All orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next business day.
 From time to time we have days where we can’t ship any orders due to events we are working on. We will add these dates to our homepage, please double check these dates as they do change.

We can offer courier delivery for urgent orders on request, please email info@hopscotchparties.co.uk for more information and prices.


Please note our orders are not sent via tracked services except for next day delivery. If you you would like your order tracked with either standard or express shipping options please contact us via email info@hopscotchparties.co.uk

Safe Place:

Customers who choose for parcels to be delivered to a 'safe place' i.e a shed, neighbour, porch etc. This 'safe place' is customers responsibility, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage once items have been delivered.

Returns:

To return your items please send to the following address:
 Hopscotch Parties, The Coach House, 103 Reinwood Road, Huddersfield, HD3 4DW.

You will be responsible for shipping charges for returning items.
If you are exchanging a product we will email you with details of your exchanged items once dispatched.

We recommend using a tracking service as we hold no responsibility for missing items.

Refunds will only be offered via the original payment method if we receive the items undamaged and will notify you by email once they have been received.

Incorrect or Broken Items:

If you receive a broken or incorrect item get in touch by emailing info@hopscotchparties.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the items and we will exchange or refund you for these items. Please provide item an description and photographic evidence of damage so we can further the matter with the postal company.

Late or Missing Items:

We put a lot of trust within shipping companies to deliver your goods on time and in good condition.

Please let us know if you haven't received your items by emailing info@hopscotchparties.co.uk.

If you do not want your items or they are delivered after your desired date due to shipping reasons out of our control, please do not accept the parcel this will then get sent back to us free of charge.
